2-4 (depending on individual package weight) tender, lean, grass-fed beef steaks, described by our customers as ‘delicious’ and ‘perfection’.
The set will contain 2 packages of either T-Bone, New York Strip Loin or Sirloin steaks (1.5lbs total weight of steaks).
Grass-fed beef is ideal at rare to medium-rare temperatures and takes less time to cook than grain fed beef.
Our Scottish Highland cattle are one of the best breeds for exclusive grass feeding.
They grow slowly, live as a family and are kept calm and happy in natural surroundings.
