Minced Goat meat, 1lb FR

Goat meat is popular around the world.  It is lean and nutritious.   Minced goat can be used in curries and stews.  On it’s own it can be used however you like to use ground beef.  A combination of beef and goat is also quite nice in meat pies or burgers.

Our goats are free ranging, eating a wide variety of leaves and grasses.  The flavour is milder than lamb and more intense than beef.

Sold cut, wrapped and frozen.
