Our grass-fed ground beef has exceptional taste and is very lean. Once you taste ground beef from free-range, 100% grass-fed Scottish Highland cattle you won’t settle for anything else.
This box contains 5lbs of ground beef in 4-5 packages of ~1lb each. You will notice there is very little cooking loss (as there is so little fat) and that hamburgers made with our beef actually rise while cooking!
